Duramax Diesel Engine Conversion

This Hummer was sent in 2018 for a full Duramax Diesel Engine Conversion with the coveted Allison 6-Speed Transmission.

The Engine

The Engine was fully built with many upgrades including a complete remanufactured engine
Also equipped with a number of strengthening enhancements such as ARP Head Bolts, ARP Main Studs and PPE Exhaust Manifolds.
The Allison 6-Speed Transmission was also fully upgraded and built in house to a Stage 4 Transmission which further strengthens the internal components of the already extremely strong Allison.
The torque converter was upgraded to a fully billet triple locking torque converter.
Finally the drive train was completed with a Selectable 2-wheel drive, 4-wheel drive, All wheel drive transfercase. Performance output is an estimated 450hp and 900ft/lbs.

Further upgrades to the truck include 12k Alpha Brake System and HD 12k Half Shafts for much improved safety and strength to handle the high performance Duramax Conversion.
